Adam Gillett is a Senior Investment Manager, Climate Lead at Railpen. He joined in 2023 and his role is to lead the strategic response to the risks and opportunities presented by climate change, as part of the wider Sustainable Ownership programme. This includes delivery against Railpen’s net zero commitment, the design and delivery of the accompanying net zero engagement plan and working with industry groups and collaborative initiatives. His role also includes work on nature and biodiversity. He started his career at KPMG. Gillett previously spent ten years at WTW, latterly as the Head of Sustainable Investment. He is a qualified accountant and CFA charterholder.
