Paula Garrido is Co-Editor at Impact Investor. She started her career in journalism in 1999 with Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE), and later joined the Financial Times group. In 2004, she was recruited by F&C Investments to lead communications for the firm’s institutional business, with a special focus on promoting their ESG offering. She then joined impact investor Bridges Fund Management as head of communications. Garrido worked as a freelance writer and consultant with a focus on sustainable and impact investing, until January 2022 when she joined Impact Investor as editor. She studied History at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain and Journalism in London.
