Riccardo Abello is Senior Vice President with Franklin Real Asset Advisors, having joined Franklin Templeton in September 2016. He currently manages several private real estate investments as part of institutional funds and separate account portfolios in Europe. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Abello worked as an investment manager with LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for real estate investments in Europe. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant with WSP Group and Arup. He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from London Business School. He is a Chartered Engineer in the U.K. and Italy.
