Alexander Lubeck joined ACTIAM in 2003 as Senior Portfolio Manager Fixed Income Credit, being responsible for both investment grade credit bonds and lower rated asset backed securities and leveraged loans. In 2009 he joined the impact investing management team, responsible for the ACTIAM Microfinance and SME funds. Since 2014 his focus has been on renewable energy markets and he has been gaining valuable experience with investing in leading Dutch sustainable energy projects such as wind energy, solar PV, biomass and sustainable construction applications, including green building real estate finance. Before joining ACTIAM, Lubeck worked in private debt/fixed income markets as portfolio manager at NIB Capital Asset Management/ABP Vermogensbeheer and Philips Pension Fund. He started his career at AEGON Investment Management in 1991. Lubeck holds a degree in quantitative business economics from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam and is a registered investment analyst (RBA).
