Over the past thirteen years, Tomas Njall Moller has been the Chief Legal Officer at the Pension Fund of Commerce in Iceland. Since 2020, he has also been the Chairman of the Board of FESTA – Center for Sustainability. He is experienced in company law, law of capital markets, corporate governance, and sustainable investing and has studied fiduciary duties, business sustainability, and the ESG methodology in investments. Moller is focused on the development of the EU law regarding sustainable investments and the reporting of extra financial information. At the Pension Fund of Commerce, Moller implements the ESG methodology and leads the development of their sustainability reports. This includes practising the methodology of strategic corporate social responsibility.
