Based in New York, Hank D'Alessandro is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Head of Morgan Stanley Credit Partners and Chief Investment Officer of the North Haven Credit Partners I and II and North Haven Senior Loan Fund. He is also Head of Morgan Stanley Credit Partners’ investment and valuation committees, a member of Morgan Stanley’s private credit and equity executive committee, a member of the North Haven Tactical Value Fund investment committee and the North Haven Secured Private Credit Fund investment committee. D’Alessandro joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 and was most recently Vice Chairman of North American Leveraged and Acquisition Finance and Head of US Financial Sponsor Leveraged Finance. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was Vice President at Chase Securities and an audit manager at KPMG Peat Marwick. D’Alessandro holds a BS magna cum laude from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Cornell University. He serves on the Seton Hall University board of regents and the board of directors of Strata Worldwide.
