Hyun Kim works as Senior Portfolio Manager in the Corporate Bond team at Union Investment. He manages both mutual funds as well as segregated accounts, focusing on global corporate bonds.  In analyzing companies, he is responsible for the Healthcare and Chemicals sector.

Hyun joined Union Investment’s Fixed Income Division in 2011 as Senior Portfolio Associate in the Corporate Bond team. From 2007 to 2011 he worked at Feri Institutional Advisors, where he was lead analyst for Fixed Income and Money Market strategies in the Multi-Asset team. Prior to that, he worked at Allianz Global Investors. Hyun started his career at Samsung Electronics in 2003 in the Controlling Department.

Hyun graduated from Maastricht University in 2003 with a Master’s degree, specializing in Capital Markets Theory, Finance & Investments. He finished his study abroad at Universidad Barcelona. Hyun was awarded CFA charterholder status in 2009.
