Ingrid Edmund has 14 years’ experience in infrastructure finance, across a broad range of transaction types. She started her career in 2003 at Standard & Poor’s, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of Basel II internal default and loss given default internal rating systems. After a short stint at CIFG (Natixis Group), she joined the infrastructure lending team of SMBC Europe, where she originated, structured and executed PPP/PFI and renewable energy transactions in EMEA. She subsequently spent three years in infrastructure solutions at Stormharbour Securities and two years at specialist infrastructure fund manager Hastings Funds Management. Edmund has a BSc in mathematical economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and an MSc with distinction in finance, economics and econometrics from Cass Business School, London.
