Karianne Lancee joined UBS Asset Management in 2018 as Director and Research Analyst in the London-based Sustainable and Impact Investing Team. Before UBS, she was Global Sustainable Investment Manager at Univest, Unilever's internal pension investment team, advising the group’s largest pension plans on sustainable investment policies and implementation. Previously, she worked as a risk management analyst at P-Solve Asset Management, now River & Mercantile. Lancee holds a master’s in investment management from Cass Business School in London and a BSc in business administration from Rotterdam University and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
