Sustainable and Impact Investing Research Analyst - Executive Director, UBS Asset Management
Francis Condon joined UBS as a Senior Sustainable Investing Research Analyst in 2017. He is responsible for projects supporting ESG in fixed income and is a content specialist on climate change and on sustainability in the energy, materials, and utilities sectors. Prior to joining UBS, he was a senior ESG analyst at RobecoSAM in the extractive industries. He was also responsible for developing investor-oriented responses to climate change, as well as ESG integration activities in fixed income and equities. Previous roles in sustainable finance include as Senior Engagement Specialist at Robeco, and Vice President Sustainability at ABN Amro covering sustainable strategy implementation and transaction risk assessments. He was a Senior Equity Analyst at ABN Amro and an Equity Analyst at Prudential. Condon holds an MPhil and BSc (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and has a postgraduate certificate in sustainable business from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership where he is an alumnus of the Climate Change Leaders Programme. He has completed the London Business School Investment Management Programme and the associate qualifications for the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
