Kelly Christodoulou is the Listed ESG & Stewardship Manager of Investments at AustralianSuper, which with AUD150bn under management, is Australia’s largest pension fund. Christodoulou’s role is to integrate material ESG issues across the listed investment portfolio and engage with company directors. AustralianSuper has recently been recognised among the Top 25 most responsible asset allocators globally. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, she worked in London at the investment banking houses of Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. She was awarded the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) 2015 Fund Executive scholarship after receiving the Australian government’s Board Diversity scholarship in 2014. Christodoulou is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), has a master’s in finance, a bachelor’s in commerce and a graduate certificate in social impact.
