Jamie Perrett is Managing Director, Index Research at FTSE Russell, responsible for the research and development of FTSE Russell indices. His role involves working closely with FTSE Russell’s partners and key clients in the creation of new index products, involving fundamental and quantitative techniques to design and provide index solutions and analysis for indices in investment portfolios and strategies across all asset classes. Perrett joined FTSE Russell in 2000 as an index analyst and throughout his career he has worked closely on developing and broadening the firm’s index offering, including the creation of its key China indices, the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Index Series, the FTSE RAFI Index Series, and many of its Asia Pacific offerings such as the FTSE MPF (Hong Kong) Index Series, Singapore’s STI and the FTSE ASFA Australia Index Series. He is also involved in the development of its infrastructure, currency hedged and global equity indices.
