Mark Rogers has been Head of Research at Montanaro Asset Management for the past five years and has over 30 years investment experience in asset management. Montanaro is a privately owned UK firm with a long tradition investing in small and mid-cap equities within an investment philosophy focusing on quality and ESG companies with structural growth. Rogers is a member of Montanaro’s investment and ESG committees and in 2018 he became co-Fund Manager of its Better World Fund. Prior to Montanaro, he was Director of European Equity Research at Fidelity Worldwide Investments in London, where he helped manage and coach the 45 strong buy side analyst team.
