Sophie Haas is Head of Responsible Investment Strategy at France’s Fonds de Réserve pour les Retraites (FRR). In this role, she leads the design and implementation of sustainable and impact investment policies, oversees ESG and climate integration across all asset classes, impact investment due diligence and develops voting and engagement strategies. She also represents the FRR in several initiatives including the NZAOA, the PRI and French SIF. With more than fourteen years of experience in sustainable finance and wealth management. She previously served as Head of Sustainable Investing at J.P. Morgan International Private Bank and as Co-Head of ESG Solutions for HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds both the CFA Certificate in Sustainable Investing and the CFA Certificate in Climate Risk, Valuation & Investing. She has an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Lille.
