USING TRAVELPERK

1. When your registration is approved, IPE will add you to the TravelPerk platform. You will receive an email from IPE Events inviting you to book your travel using the TravelPerk platform

2. To build your profile and plan your trip, click the VIEW EVENT DETAILS button in the email

3. This opens the sign in page. You should select the SIGN IN WITHOUT SSO option

p>4. Enter your email if it is not displayed and click the SIGN IN BUTTON. The platform will then send you an 8-digit verification code

5. Enter the code and click CONTINUE

6. Click to accept the Terms & Conditions
7. You now have the option to complete your profile or plan your trip. You can choose to complete your profile at a later stage but this will enable TravelPerk to send vital information such as your passport details to the airline or train operator
8. Search for your flight or train within IPE’s terms and conditions and predefined dates
9. You must select the basic option only. Please ignore the FlexiFare cancellation option. This is not covered and your trip will be declined
10. Skip adding baggage
11. Add your selection to the event by clicking ADD TRIP
12. Skip hotel selection, if offered
13. Skip adding a train to the airport, if offered
14. Skip rental car offers, if offered
15. Skip insurance, if offered.
16. Request approval. This is a two-step function as the platform will check the flights are still available first.
17. IPE will be notified of your trip and will approve or decline it based on IPE’s terms and conditions
