Katia Radermacher is Head of Global Equities at HAPEV (Hamburger Pensionskasse). She leads the asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection within Global Equities at HAPEV (Hamburger Pensionsverwaltung). She has over 20 years of institutional investment experience and has been overseeing, building and managing global equity portfolios for insurance companies, pension funds, and banks in the US, the UK, Continental Europe and Hong Kong. She began her career at Morningstar Investment Management in Chicago, where she established her expertise in asset allocation implementation, portfolio construction, and global equity manager selection. Prior to joining HAPEV, she held senior portfolio manager roles at Kempen Fiduciary Management UK and Morningstar Investment Management in London. She holds an MBA in Economics, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of
