Dirk Jargstorff is Senior Vice President Compensation, Benefits and Pensions, Chief Executive Officer at Bosch Pensionsfonds. After completing a degree in business administration in Stuttgart, Germany. Jargstorff took over several responsibilities and leading roles in controlling, finance, sales and HR in the Bosch Group, domestically and abroad in Australia and Denmark. In 2015 he was appointed as Global Head of corporate pensions and related benefits. At the same time he assumed responsibility for the Bosch Pensionsfonds AG in Germany as Chief Executive Officer capital assets 6bn EUR, 200 000 members, annual contributions EUR 464m in 2020. Additionally he became Chairman of the supervisory board of the Bosch housing company and he was elected as alternating Chairman of the Bosch health insurance fund in late 2020. In 2025 he took additional responsibilities as Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and Pensions at Robert Bosch GmbH. Jargstorff has been member of the board of the German Association for Occupational Pensions Arbeitsgemeinschaft für betriebliche Altersversorgung e.V., aba since 2017 and was elected as deputy chairman in 2019.
