Régis Pelissier

Régis Pelissier is Chief Executive Officer at ERAFP, the French Public Service Additional Pension Scheme. He was previously Chief of Staff to Laurent Pietraszwski at the State Secretariat for Pensions and Occupational Health and Deputy Chief of Staff to Elisabeth Borne at the Ministry of Labor -2021 – 2022. In 1997 he joined the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs and was then appointed as Labor and Welfare minister’s adviser, in charge of pensions and elderly people related issues. After a five years assignment of the French Treasury notably as Head of Unit for the International Financial System, he joined the Caisse des Dépôts Group, where he was ultimately Deputy General Secretary. He is a graduate of Sciences Politiques and holder of a master's degree in Finance. Pélissier is also a former student of ENA.
