Carolina Gómez is Labor Relation Advisor at Repsol II Fondo de Pensiones. She has been working at Repsol since 2004. Her main responsibilities are representing and managing the Repsol II Pension Fund 21 pension plans, more than 14,500 participants and 2,500 beneficiaries and serving as Secretary of the Fund Control Committees and in the sixteen pension plans affiliated with the Fund.
