Dominic Byrne

Dominic Byrne is Global Head of Retirement Solutions at Amundi. He has held this position since July 2025. He began his career in New York with American Express Bank. He was an Investment Strategist from 2007 to 2018 working across London and Tokyo. From 2018 to 2025, he served as Head of Retirement Solutions Investment Strategy for EMEA, based in London. He joined Amundi after a 17-year career at BlackRock, where he led the development of retirement investment solutions for institutional and retail clients worldwide. He has extensive experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients to design and implement pooled and customised multi-asset and lifecycle strategies, integrating active, index, and private market investment approaches. He holds a degree from the University of Durham.
