Michaël Vander Elst is Head of Emerging Markets at Degroof Petercam Asset Management. He joined DPAM in 2018, as lead Fund Manager for the emerging markets strategies. He has held various positions at companies such as AXA Bank Europe, ABN Amro and Fortis. He graduated with a master's in International Economics and Diplomacy Studies from KU Leuven.
