Pascal Böni

Pascal Böni is Professor of Finance and Private Markets and Managing Director of Tilburg Institute for Private Markets (TiPM) at Tilburg University. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss financial advisory firm Remaco, which offers services to UHNWI and small to medium sized institutions, such as for example pension funds. His research interest is in asset pricing in private markets and private debt on the one side and mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance on the other side. He earned a PhD in Finance from Tilburg School of Economics and Management, Tilburg University. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Simon Business School, University of Rochester, New York and has a Master in Business Law from the Graduate School of Business, Economics Law and Social Sciences at the University of St. Gallen.
