Mark Adamson is Sales Director at Lumera. He has worked in pensions for over 30 years, largely in sales and operational roles in businesses specialising in pensions systems, outsourced administration and data. He spent 10 years as Managing Director of two boutique pensions administration firms, Edis Partnerships and HS Pensions. then 10 years at JLT/Mercer as administration Sales Director. He joined pensions data and technology firm ITM at the start of 2020, then Lumera when it acquired ITM in 2024. A founder Director of the UK’s Pensions Administration Standards Association, Adamson has written many articles for the trade press and spoken at dozens of industry conferences and events. His preferred business topics include driving administration efficiency through blending great people with excellent platforms, the importance of the UK’s impending pensions dashboards and championing the cause of the end-customer. He is a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
