Jeroen Elbertse is Commercial Director of Lumera Netherlands. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and shareholder of AxyWare since 2012 before joining forces with the Swedish fintech Lumera. Elbertse has been working in the Life and Pensions industry for more than 25 years and brings innovation, change management and ability to execute to the table. Being rather Dutch, he also is known for his often-different view on things.
