Jen Sisson

Jen Sisson is Chief Executive Officer at the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). Led by investors responsible for assets worth around 77$tn, ICGN advances the highest standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship worldwide in pursuit of long-term value creation, contributing to sustainable economies, societies, and the environment. She started her career at PwC and her 13 years there spanned work in audit, learning and development, regulation and in PwC’s global investor engagement team. She was at Goldman Sachs after four years at the UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC), where she led policy outreach on ESG, audit and reporting matters including the creation of the 2020 UK Stewardship Code and the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code. Sisson joined ICGN from Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she was EMEA Head of Stewardship, overseeing voting, engagement and industry collaboration activities in the region. She holds a BA in Business, Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
