Simone Miotto
Executive Director, AEIP - European Association of Paritarian Institutions
Simone Miotto is the Executive Director of AEIP, the European Association of Paritarian Institutions of Social Protection. Based in Brussels, AEIP is an advocacy organisation representing Social Protection Institutions established and managed by employers and trade unions on a joint basis within the framework of collective agreements. He is a member of EIOPA’s Occupational Pensions Stakeholder Group (OPSG) and holds a position on the board of the European Tracking Service (ETS) Association. Miotto’s previous experiences has equipped him with extensive knowledge and insights into various aspects of social protection and financial affairs. He worked as a Policy and Project Adviser in the Brussels office of an Italian Regional Authority. He was previously Senior Policy Adviser at PensionsEurope, where he played a crucial role in shaping pension policies and advocating for effective solutions. He holds an Master's degree in Law and a post-graduate master’s program in European Studies.
