Sebastian Schiele is Global Head of Mandates & Solutions Sales at Xtrackers by DWS. He joined the company in 2011 with two years of industry experience, having previously worked in the European Financial Institutions Centre at McKinsey & Company. Prior to his current role, he was Mandates Structurer and Senior Structurer in the Xtrackers Product team. Schiele has a BA in Banking from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, Stuttgart, an MSc in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a CFA in Climate and Investing. He is also an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® (CESGA).
