Sarah Maynard is Global Senior Head, Inclusion at CFA Institute. She leads global inclusion efforts at CFA Institute, advancing inclusion best practices across the investment profession and within the organisation. She has a background in investment management and experience in sustainability, particularly governance, She previously held roles at Majedie Asset Management and CFA Society of the United Kingdom, where she was instrumental in developing the Inclusion & Diversity Network. She has also managed a USD 3.3bn equity portfolio and is a committed advocate for building opportunity, serving on multiple industry advisory boards. She holds a Masters in English Language and Literature from Trinity College, Oxford, and the ASIP credential Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals.
