Mats is the Managing Partner of Secoria, a change and strategy advisor for the pensions, asset management and insurance industries. He has extensive experience in various leadership and senior advisory roles for pension funds, insurers, asset owners and investment organisations. Most recently he wrote the report and proposal for the Swedish Ministry of Finance on the future investment framework and policy for the default fund AP7 in the national pension system.
