Managing Partner, YIELCO Investments
Maria Sanz is Managing Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at YIELCO Investments AG, an alternative Investments boutique active in Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure with offices in Munich and Pfäffikon. YIELCO Investments AG advises over EUR 7bn of assets within alternative assets mainly for DACH & Spain based investors. Sanz is a member of the investment committee and ESG Board of YIELCO Investments AG. Before joining YIELCO in 2018, she was most recently Partner at SwanCap Partners, having worked for 15 years in private equity at SwanCap and its predecessor organisation UniCredit Principal Investments. Prior to that, she spent 8 years at HVB AG in the international markets department, as senior institutional sales for FX and interest rates derivatives covering central banks out of the Munich and London offices. Her career began at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and Arthur Andersen in Madrid. Maria holds a double BSc degree in International Business Administration and Management from ICADE Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid (E4) and the ESB Business School in Germany. She is also CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.
