Laetitia Tankwe is an adviser to the president of the board of trustees of Ircantec, the €13bn first pillar complementary French pension scheme. She has 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Previous roles include adviser to the chief executive at Banque Populaire Méditerranée. She has also worked at BPCE financial group and at Canadian pension fund Bâtirente as an extra-financial risks manager, where she oversaw the creation and development of the fund’s responsible investing approach.
