Elodie Laugel
Chief Responsible Investment Officer, Amundi

In May 2020, Elodie Laugel was appointed Chief Responsible Investment Officer of Amundi and member of the Amundi Executive Committee. She remains Global Head of Institutional Business Development Support. Laugel joined Amundi in 2016 from AXA Investment Managers where she worked for 12 years, most recently as Deputy Head of Institutional Client Group. She was in charge of leading the development of the firm’s offering to institutional clients, including insurance companies, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. Prior to this role, Laugel was responsible for the solutions development unit within the multi-assets investment platform, in charge of creating and engineering investment solutions for international institutional clients. Laugel joined AXA Investments in 2004 as Financial Engineer and took over the management of the team in 2006. Prior to joining AXA, she spent 4 years as an Equity Quant Strategist at HSBC Asset Management. She has a post-graduate diploma in Financial Mathematics from Paris Dauphine University and the ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Analyse Economique). She is also a CFA charterholder.
