Understanding of the environmental impact of real estate investment has improved thanks to new regulations and evolving certifications and standards. However, for European pension funds, the social dimension is still a challenging area to measure and manage. In this workshop, hear learnings around managing and tracking social and environmental impact across social infrastructure assets, including real estate sectors such as affordable housing, healthcare, education and civic services. Using case study examples, assess how key performance indicators for community-related factors can contribute to specific UN SDGs.
