Csaba Nagy has been Managing Director at OTP Pension Fund since 2011, after founding and leading the Hungarian Association of Pension and Health Care Funds between 1999 and 2010. In addition, he has been Chairman of the Pensions Europe Central & East European Forum since 2007.
Having worked in different fields of banking, Nagy launched the OTP Mandatory Pension Fund in 1997. Following expansion of the OTP Group, he also became involved in managing Romanian, Ukrainian, and Russian pension schemes. From 2003 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Pension Fund DSK Rodina in Bulgaria.
Nagy graduated from the University of Technology of Budapest in 1989 before completing a Master’s in Business Administrations in a joint programme between the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and London University.
