Subsidised places

Who qualifies for a subsidised place?
IPE guarantees a place for two senior executives from pension funds and 
similar pensions providers that submit an entry or set of entries in the IPE Awards.
We offer subsidised places on a first come first served basis to pension funds
and similar pensions providers that do not enter but attend the Conference and Dinner.
(places are limited, so please register early).

What does a subsidised place comprise?
We offer free accommodation at one of the official hotels on the evening of 28 November and up to €500 towards travel costs.

Terms and Conditions


  • IPE only offers subsidised places to qualifying delegates who attend the IPE Awards Dinner & Ceremony on the evening of 28 November 
  • IPE reserves the right to charge any qualifying delegate who registers but does not attend the Conference and the Awards Dinner the full hotel charge and withhold reimbursing travel expenses 
  • Delegates who accept this offer but find subsequently that they cannot attend must inform IPE before the event to ensure they do not incur the charges set out above

Travel expenses

  • You must attend the Awards Dinner and Ceremony on 28 November to qualify for any travel reimbursements
  • You must make your travel expenses claim by the deadline IPE sets. We will not honour any claims after this date
  • IPE only reimburses direct return tickets from your point of origin. If you to travel to the event from one city and return to another, or if you wish to make a stopover, please contact the Events Team at to make special arrangements beforehand for these tickets to be considered
  • IPE does not reimburse First, Business or Premier class travel under any circumstances
  • If you travel by car, IPE requires receipts to reimburse fuel charges, toll charges and any parking expenses
  • IPE does not cover the cost of changing any flights, unless prior notification or arrangement is agreed with IPE 
  • IPE does not cover the cost of any food or beverages you consume while travelling to and from the event
  • IPE only covers parking charges relating to the period of time necessary to attend the event.  
A limited number of claims forms for travel expenses will be available from the registration desk at the event
