Rt Hon Chris Skidmore OBE is a former UK Cabinet Minister for Energy and Former Minister for Science, Research and Innovation. He was Chair of the UK Independent Net Zero Review in 2023 and has been the Chair of the Policy Working Group 2 for the UK Transition Finance Council 2025-2026. He is also Chair of the Centre for Economic Transition Expertise (CETEx) at the London School of Economics, Chair of the Climate Action Coalition and the Founding Partner and Chair of Desmos Capital Partners.
