Jori Arts is a Senior Portfolio Manager at PGB Pensioendiensten, the fiduciary manager for Pensioenfonds PGB. He is responsible for the external management of the Equities portfolio, which consists of passive, sustainable and factor-based strategies with over 17€bn in assets under management. His investment focus includes equity portfolio construction and manager selection. He has over ten years of experience in institutional investment management and previously held various positions at both PGB and BlackRock, including roles as investment strategist, policy advisor, client Chief Investment Officer and fiduciary advisor. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance cum laude from Tilburg University and is a CFA Charterholder. He chairs the CFA Asset Liability Management Committee and is a member of the CFA Advocacy Committee. He publishes on topics related to pension investment management.
