Tsvetelina Kuzmanova
Sustainable Finance Policy Lead CISL
Tsvetelina Kuzmanova is Sustainable Finance Policy Lead at CISL Europe, the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she focuses on EU sustainable finance and public finance frameworks that mobilise capital for a climate-neutral and nature-positive economy. She is a Member of the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance and the Insurance Advisory Panel of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), advising on the design and implementation of Europe’s sustainable finance framework. She previously spent nine years working on EU legislation and policy related to sustainable finance and financial innovation across government and civil society. She has also worked on international development projects in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure. She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science and Diplomacy from Yonsei University.
