Valérie Maréchal is Head of the Residential & Care (Resi&Care) competence center and Senior Fund Manager at Swiss Life Asset Managers France. She has held that position since 2016. She oversees the entire investment process for the funds in the Resi&Care division and manages the division's team which have 4 fund managers and 3 asset managers. She began her career in 1990 as a project manager at Crédit Agricole Indosuez. She was previously Head Transaction Management Department at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG (formerly Eurohypo) for 12 years and Executive Director at WESTLB AG for six years. She holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in real estate and construction law from the University of Paris II - Assas.
