Sébastien Cossu is Co-Head of Real Estate Acquisitions at Tikehau Capital. He joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 and now co-leads the firm’s real estate investment activities. He is in charge of overseeing Tikehau’s US real estate platform and he is also responsible for deploying capital across the capital stack for all the firm’s pan-European real estate vehicles. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate acquisitions. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte. He was previously Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at Colony Capital and worked as an investment professional at AXA Real Estate. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from ESSEC Business School.
