Dan Valenzano is a Senior Partner of GREYKITE, and helped establish the firm in 2023 from its inception. He serves as a member of GREYKITE’s Executive and Investment Committees and is responsible for leading investment and portfolio management activities. He began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. He was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, where he led value-add and core-plus investing activities and served on the Management Committee of PATRIZIA’s global c50€ bn real estate business. He worked for five years with Michael Abel at TPG as a Principal in the European real estate group, leading several platform investments across various asset classes. He was an Investment Manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management. Valenzano’s principal investment experience spans twelve European countries and more than 4€bn in real estate transactions, and he has served on the board of directors of several public and private real estate companies. He holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he currently serves as the real estate industry advisor to the Saïd Business School.
